Events

m2act organises public networking events in collaboration with various cooperation partners. These events provide a platform for exchange between cultural professionals and other experts. The focus is on the open transfer of knowledge and the joint testing of forward-looking approaches for the performing arts.

In addition, m2act organises internal networking events for the supported projects. These events are part of the m2act funding programme and enable beneficiaries to get to know each other, present their projects and develop them further.

m2act pursues inclusive and fair event practices to set a good example and provide inspiration for others. Childcare is often available at the events. Simultaneous translation and sign language interpretation are provided as a matter of course. No printed products or air travel are used. All catering services provided are vegan. All events are free of charge.

    On 16 and 17 October 2025, Migros Culture Percentage m2act, Helvetiarockt and Kaserne Basel warmly invite you to a national network meeting at the Kaserne Basel, the kHaus, and Parterre One. The topic is sexualised violence in the Swiss cultural scene. The network meeting focuses on the performing arts (theatre, dance, performance, circus, cabaret) and contemporary music (jazz, pop, rock and related styles). Here is the link to the full program
