(Theater Orchester Biel Solothurn) integra insieme a Lisa Stepf il \u00abmetodo di feedback di DasArts\u00bb nel settore della recitazione. I collaboratori di TOBS! dei laboratori, della tecnica, dei servizi, dell\u2019amministrazione e della comunicazione prenderanno parte a quattro sessioni di feedback moderate durante il periodo di prova. Il progetto contribuisce a far s\u00ec che le persone \u00abfacciano parte\u00bb, si sentano viste e ascoltate e provino un senso di appartenenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019obiettivo del progetto \u00e8 saper accettare le critiche in modo positivo e costruttivo. I collaboratori comunicano su un piano paritario, si sentono valorizzati e si identificano maggiormente con il prodotto artistico e con il teatro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per l\u2019ultima sessione TOBS! invita colleghi e colleghe di teatri di dimensioni e struttura analoghe. Un documentario video di 10 minuti registra le esperienze dei partecipanti in una serie di interviste.
