This format provides a publicly accessible platform for networks, projects, and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the content shared in the newsletter comes from the multilingual <a href=\"https:\/\/signal.group\/#CjQKIPWKsuFO6Tm0f-D8G4IFhzve9749ZCmqG3OSA9UVc8n0EhAq3Wk2kwqDb7Fvv2gtfZj4\">Signal groups<\/a> of the art+care community, where all chat members can contribute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tool shows that a newsletter can be used not only as an information channel but also as a participatory knowledge archive.
