Call for Applications: Stimulating & Initiating Processes<\/strong>
Every year<\/a>\u00a0m2act looks for new projects with a thematic focus. All professional groups, institutions and networks in the performing arts, music, visual \/ fine arts, film, games, digital culture, literature & comics, spoken word and interdisciplinary arts are eligible to enter. The decision-making process consists of a multi-stage evaluation by the m2act team and an external advisory committee. The funding volume is up to CHF 150’000 for 5-8 selected projects. In addition to financial support, m2act accompagnies projects through dialogues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BY INVITATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To clarify the need for funding, send us a brief description of your project and the people involved via email. If you’re unsure whether your project meets m2act’s funding criteria, either the m2act team is available to answer questions, or you can draw inspiration from previously funded projects<\/a>. Please do not send dossiers without an invitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPLEMENTATION and ACCOMPANYING CONTRIBUTIONS: implementing ideas and stabilising networks<\/strong>\u00a0
After a site meeting and clarification of the funding needs, an application can be submitted outside of the annual call for applications in the summer. This will allow new ideas pertaining to fair practices and ecological and social sustainability to be brought to life. Follow-up funding is also available for selected projects that have already received funding through m2act. Multi-year funding is available for individual projects. The contributions start at CHF 10’000 and are linked to regular discussions with the m2act team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUPPORT CONTRIBUTIONS: strengthening and facilitating events and projects<\/strong>
m2act offers uncomplicated financial support for one-off events, workshops and publications. After an initial meeting, it will be decided whether an application can be submitted. Once the application is submitted, decisions on funding up to CHF 10,000 will be made within 3-4 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
